The RISE Program aims to provide aspirational Junior Rugby League players with the opportunity to participate in a holistic development program.
Cost: Final program fees for each location will depend on local sponsorship, association and club support.
Locations: The 2023 RISE program will be run nationally, to apply to be involved review the following program offerings.
The RISE Program is open to all Junior Rugby League Participants who meet the following criteria*:

Participants will be able to attend the program for three consecutive years. In accordance with the Player Development Framework Foundation Principle, the program will encourage participants to contribute back to the game. Therefore, each year they will be required to complete an NRL accreditation course:
Year 1: F1 Referee Accreditation
Year 2: League Safe Accreditation
Year 3: Community Coach Accreditation
Participants who attend the program for three years will have obtained entry level accreditation in Refereeing, Sports Training and Coaching.
BRONZE Certification: Participant completes one year of the program, attending more than half of RISE Sessions and completes both pre-and post-Life-Fit assessments and F1 Referee Accreditation Course.
SILVER Certification: Participant completes second year of the program, attending more than half of RISE Sessions and completes both pre-and post-Life-Fit assessments and League Safe Course.
GOLD Certification: Participant completes third year of the program, attending more than half of RISE Sessions and completes both pre-and post-Life-Fit assessments and Community Coach Accreditation.
