MySideline - Duplicate Merge Request

Are you an Association Administrator looking to merge a participant's duplicate profiles in MySideline but are unable to find them in your duplicate member search?

Before you complete the form, please review the following:

Have you confirmed with the participant?

As the Association Admin we encourage you to verify with the Club Administrator and/or Participant that they approve of the profiles being merged prior to completing the below form.

Remember your Association Admin access allows you to merge duplicates, all you need is the NRL ID of the primary and secondary profiles and the participants age to assist you in searching and locating them. Updated Participant contact details to match but it's not appearing in duplicate-management in MySideline?

This process may take 24-48 hours to match the profiles and display the Duplicate in duplicate management.

This should be the most accurate existing record as these member details (ID number, name, date of birth, address & contact details etc.) will remain following the merge.
The data from this record will only be kept if the Primary Record does not already have existing data in its place.
