Are you re-registering to the same Club from last season? If so, your local Club Administrator will be able to assist with updating your mobile and email address details.
Do you need to change your Legal Name or Date of Birth on your Member Profile? Please do NOT complete the form. Instead, please contact your Club Administrator directly who will liaise with the relevant Association Admin to update this information for you. NOTE - You may be asked by the Club Administrator to provide identification documentation.
