Below you can view and download important documentation for all participants in NRL Masters events. 

All 2020 NRL Masters events are covered under a national personal accident insurance policy. Please note that this is a limited policy providing a basic level of cover.

All players are strongly advised to take out top-level private health insurance and consider their own individual needs for other insurances including in relation to Life and Income Protection insurance. In 2020, players can elect to purchase "Top Up" Income Protection insurance by completing the below Application Form and paying the additional premium cost.

If players attended the 2020 Runaway Bay Carnival, they are covered for insurance for all of 2020 and can play in as many official Masters games as they like.

For players who did not attend the 2020 Runaway Bay Carnival, insurance will be available as part of the registration fee for any event that they enter.
