If you have completed annual training with an external Recognised Training Organisation you are able to request to upload your skill to your profile by completing the below form and attaching a copy of your Statement of Attainment. 

Recognised training include:

• HLTAID009 Provide CPR
• HLITA015 Provide Advanced Resuscitation
• PUAEME007 Provide Emergency Care for a Suspected Spinal Injury
